About the role

This is a full-time Sales Finance Business Partner Manager role at Cimory Group in West Jakarta, Jakarta. As the Sales Finance Business Partner Manager, you will be a key strategic adviser to the business, providing financial analysis, insights and commercial support to drive growth and profitability.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for creating end to end Management Reporting report, doing yearly, quarterly and monthly latest view rolling forecast with deep dive analysis of every P&L Line

Manage group profitability by doing thorough analysis per company, channel and SKUs until material level to be presented to senior level management

Controlling brand marketing investment by doing budgeting and business partnering (assessing success factor, ROI, ROPS)

Directly influence the business by partnering (lead profitability analysis for new product, creating tools and financial models to enhance controlling activities, increase P&L awareness from non finance team)

• What we're looking for
• 5 years experience in finance business partner, partnering with channel heads
• Proven track record of successfully partnering with business leaders to drive commercial outcomes
• Excellent financial analysis and modelling skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and engaging way
• Commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to see the big picture and understand the wider business context
• Experience in leading and developing finance teams
