Key Responsibilities
Financial & Accounting Support
- Prepare daily/monthly bank reconciliations and cash-in/cash-out reports.
- Support the accounting team with journal entries.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Consolidate, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Monitor performance against targets (including branch metrics and Financial Advisor productivity).
- Prepare management reports, business reviews, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain high data accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Data/Business Analysis (Fresh graduates welcome).
- Advanced proficiency in
- Microsoft Excel* (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, Power Query).
- Familiarity with
- SQL* and
- Python
- is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
