, You Will

Prepare and present accurate and timely daily sales and e-commerce balance reports across all marketplace channels (e.g., Shopee and TikTok Shop), while ensuring the accuracy of marketplace settlement data.

Perform marketplace settlement reconciliations against sales records and ensure that settlement processes and related recordings are completed accurately and within the established timeline.

Verify and ensure the accuracy of return and refund transaction records from marketplace platforms in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.

Identify, monitor, and control potential revenue leakage arising from administrative fees, deductions, promotional programs, and settlement discrepancies.

Conduct intercompany transaction reconciliations and minimize discrepancies or mismatches by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of transaction records.

Kualifikasi

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Financial Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 2 years of experience in finance, preferably with exposure to sales-related transactions.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.

Good understanding of marketplace settlement reconciliation, e-commerce return and refund transactions, and intercompany reconciliation processes.

• Detail-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
