Finance Executive

Job Descriptions

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, Bank Reconciliation, Journal Entries)
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts
• Monitor cash flow and budget
• Ensure timely tax filings and statutory compliance

Qualifications

• Fluent in English Communication
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Ms Excel
• Detail-oriented, Independent and self-starter
• Fast learner and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment
• Work experience from a startup is an advantage
