Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in AR, collections, or finance operations
- Strong understanding of reconciliations and credit control processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and customers
- Good written and spoken English communication skills are Mandatory
Note
Nagoya area residency preferred.
Job Descriptions
- Manage customer accounts, including collections, claims, billing adjustments, and reconciliations
- Process sales return credit notes and handle monthly contra and clearance
- Prepare and issue credit/debit notes with proper approvals and documentation
- Prepare Statements of Account (monthly and ad hoc)
- Process customer rebates and maintain accrual schedules
- Allocate receipts and payments in coordination with internal teams
- Handle bank transactions, charges, and platform-based payments
- Forecast monthly collections for key accounts
- Maintain accurate records and proper documentation
- Support daily administrative and finance operations
