Requirements
More than 5 years of relevant work experience, with preference given to those with financial work experience in Chinese enterprises, and even better if having experience in the consumer goods industry.
Educational background in finance/accounting, with knowledge of law being a plus
Must be proficient in either Chinese or English, with proficiency in both being preferred, and those fluent in Chinese will be given priority.
Jobdesc
- Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements to financial processes, reporting accuracy, and management reporting.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Prepare, coordinate, and ensure the timely submission of the
- Investment Activity Report (LKPM)
in compliance with applicable investment regulations, while coordinating with relevant internal departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of reported data.
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve internal controls, financial policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and treasury functions.
- Review and approve payment transactions, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Monitor financial, tax, and legal risks, identify potential disputes or regulatory issues, and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize exposures while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen internal controls.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Finance & Accounting team while ensuring high performance and continuous professional growth.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation.
