About the role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee finance operations, financial reporting, and financial controls while coordinating directly with the China Head Office.
- Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily Finance & Accounting operations
- Prepare and review financial reports and financial analysis
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial controls
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable accounting standards
- Coordinate financial reporting and daily finance matters with the China Head Office in Mandarin
- Lead and supervise the finance team
- About you
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience, including management or team leadership experience
- Fluent in Mandarin, including speaking, reading, and writing Hanzi (min HSK 5, no certification is OK)
- Able to prepare and understand financial reports in Mandarin
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and accounting principles
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Willing to WFO in PIK Office
