Finance Manager (Manufacture)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations on Manufacture Plant including
• accounts payable/receivable, cashflow, general ledger, and  financial reporting
• Develop and execute comprehensive treasury strategies aligned with the company's financial goals
• Manage cash flow forecasting, planning, and optimization to meet operational requirements and maximize returns
• Build and maintain strong banking relationships to secure optimal financial services and terms
• Proactively manage foreign exchange exposure and implement hedging strategies to protect the company from currency fluctuations
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance treasury efficiency and effectiveness
• Evaluate and mitigate financial risks, safeguarding the company's assets

Qualifications

• Typically a job would require
• Max. 35 yo
• Education  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience with a minimum of 5 years in
• Manufacture Company
• Brevet or equivalent certification is a strong asset
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards
