FINANCE MANAGER

Kurasi is a rapidly growing cross-border logistics company specializing in international shipping services. We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and compliance processes. The ideal candidate is

• Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage daily cash flow across bank accounts and digital payment platforms
• Reconcile incoming customer payments with shipping and order data
• Approve vendor invoices and internal expense reimbursements
• Forecast weekly cash flow and plan for upcoming payment cycles
• Analyze shipping costs per transaction and delivery method performance
• Validate billing from service providers and assess foreign exchange (FX) impact
• Oversee monthly financial close and generate reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Prepare and submit monthly tax filings in compliance with local regulations
• Manage and apply Double Taxation Agreement benefits
• Coordinate with HQ and internal teams to align on financial processes and reporting standards

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in logistics, eCommerce, or service industries
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and international tax concepts

Experience handling financial reporting in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards); familiarity with PSAK and IFRS convergence is an advantage

• Experience handling multi-currency accounting and cross-border payments
• Proficiency in Excel and cloud accounting systems (e.g., Accurate, Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books)
• High attention to detail, consistency, and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
