Job Description
Prepare and issue Tax Invoices (Faktur Pajak Bongkar) through the Coretax system, ensuring accuracy and consistency with revenue realization data.
- Receive and verify daily reports of incoming payments from seal sales transactions processed through EDC machines.
- Accurately and timely record EDC transactions in the financial system and ensure proper reconciliation.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices based on operational data submitted by branch offices.
- Process payments for trucking-related operational expenses at branch offices in accordance with company procedures.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, AR/AP, or invoicing.
- Familiar with tax invoicing, Coretax, EDC transactions, billing, and financial systems.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
