Finance Operations Executive

• is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
• Finance Operations Executive

to independently manage the company’s day-to-day financial operations, including accounting records, invoicing, banking, expenses, payroll, taxation, BPJS, LKPM, and financial reporting.

This is a hands-on, office-based position for someone who can take ownership of the company’s routine finance operations and ensure records, payments, reporting, and regulatory obligations are properly maintained.

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain accurate records of all daily company financial transactions.
• Prepare and issue
• client invoices
• and monitor incoming payments and outstanding receivables.
• Record and monitor
• revenue, expenses, payments, and cash flow
• Manage company
• banking activities
• , transfers, payment records, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle
• staff salaries, payroll, reimbursements, allowances, and other employee-related payments
• Manage
• BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
• , including employee records, calculations, payments, and related administration.
• Handle the company’s routine
• Indonesian tax matters
• , including calculations, documentation, payments, and required tax reporting.
• Maintain proper tax records and ensure applicable reporting and payment deadlines are followed.
• Prepare and maintain the required financial and investment information for
• LKPM reporting
• Manage and monitor
• company licenses, subscriptions, contracts, recurring expenses, and renewals
• from the finance side.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, bank statements, payroll, tax documents, BPJS records, and other financial documentation.
• Prepare regular management reports covering
• revenue, expenses, cash flow, outstanding invoices, payroll, taxes, and other key financial activities
• Assist management with
• budgeting, expense control, financial planning, and financial performance tracking
• Ensure finance-related company obligations and deadlines are properly monitored and completed.

Requirements

• Experience in
• Finance, Accounting, Finance Operations, or a related position
• Good understanding of
• Indonesian accounting and taxation
• Practical experience with
• invoicing, expenses, banking, reconciliation, and financial record keeping
• Experience handling
• payroll and BPJS
• Knowledge or experience with
• LKPM / OSS reporting
• is preferred.
• Able to independently manage routine company finance and tax activities.
• Good knowledge of
• Excel / Google Sheets
• and accounting or finance software.
• Able to prepare clear and accurate financial reports for management.
• Good
• English communication skills
