About the role

• We are seeking a talented
• Finance professional
• to join our finance team in Pal Merah Jakarta on a
• full-time basis

. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and supporting the broader financial operations of PT. Adicipta Boga Intiprima. This position is essential to ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing management with the financial insights needed to drive strategic decision-making across the organisation.

• What you'll be doing
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and integrity
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning
• Analyse financial data and variances to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax filings
• Maintain organised financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and clarify discrepancies
• Support the finance team in ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required
• What we're looking for
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in a related role is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, strong work ethic, and dependability.
