We're looking for a Finance Specialist who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across numbers, reporting, and day-to-day financial operations.

In this role, you'll help keep Sejalan's financial processes running smoothly—from managing AR & AP, preparing financial reports, handling tax-related matters, to making sure every transaction is properly recorded and followed up.

• You'll work closely with internal teams and external parties to ensure our financial operations are accurate, organized, and on track.
• What You'll Do
• Manage day-to-day finance operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and financial records accurately and on time.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, invoices, and outstanding balances.
• Handle tax administration and reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Reconcile bank accounts, transactions, and financial records regularly.
• Prepare payment requests and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely payments.
• Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments when needed.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized financial documentation.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial closing and reporting.
• Work closely with internal teams and external parties on finance-related matters.
• Identify discrepancies or potential issues in financial transactions and help resolve them.
• Support finance-related administrative and operational needs as required.
• What We're Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience handling financial reporting, tax, AR, and AP.
