About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Planning & Analysis Staff to support the company's financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and day-to-day financial operations. This role will be involved in monitoring financial performance, analyzing budget realization, managing cash flow projections, and preparing financial reports to support business decision-making.

The successful candidate will work with multiple business entities, collaborate with relevant internal teams, and help ensure accurate financial data, effective financial planning, and efficient financial operations.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, or treasury.
• Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data processing, financial calculations, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and numerical accuracy.
• Able to manage financial data, documentation, and deadlines effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills when working with multiple teams.
• Willing to handle both financial planning activities and day-to-day financial operations.
• Willing to work in Jakarta/Jabodetabek.
• Key Responsibilities
• Support financial budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Monitor budget realization and analyze financial performance.
• Prepare financial reports and management summaries.
• Review payment documents and monitor payment schedules.
• Maintain financial records and support tax administration.
