As a Finance Junior Staff, you will support financial administration, payment processing, documentation, and reporting to ensure finance operations run smoothly and can be properly accounted for.
What You Will Do
- Support daily finance administration and transaction documentation.
- Assist in preparing, checking, and processing payment documents.
- Record financial transactions accurately according to company procedures.
- Organize invoices, receipts, reimbursement documents, and other financial records.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding payment requests and supporting documents.
- Support reconciliation activities and financial data checking.
- Maintain organized and traceable finance documentation.
- Assist in preparing simple financial reports when needed.
- Ensure finance processes are carried out carefully, accurately, and responsibly.
Qualifications We Are Looking For
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, administration, or a similar role is preferred.
- Able to use Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet.
- Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and careful with numbers.
- Able to work with deadlines and follow procedures.
- Good documentation and administration skills.
- Understanding of basic finance, accounting, or payment processes is a plus.
