Uraian Tugas
- Manage daily financial transactions and store administration
- Monitor cash flow, petty cash, sales transactions, and reconciliation
- Prepare financial and operational reports
- Supervise daily store operations and staff
- Monitor stock and store performance
- Ensure SOP and service standards are followed
- Coordinate with management regarding store and financial matters
- Syarat & Kualifikasi
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Retail, or Store Management
- Strong understanding of financial administration and reporting
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Able to manage both financial and operational responsibilities
- Experience in retail/F&B/lifestyle business is a plus
