Job Purpose
The Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial management and ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of financial operations. The role will support financial planning, analysis, reporting, and decision-making while ensuring compliance with applicable Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Monitor the company’s financial performance, cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support the audit process.
- Establish and maintain effective financial controls and procedures.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to management regarding business performance, costs, and profitability.
- Work closely with other departments, particularly Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teams, on financial matters.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, cost efficiency, and overall financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 5 years of relevant experience
- in Finance/Accounting, preferably in
- Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Food & Beverage
- industries.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Experience in financial reporting and audit coordination.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
