Finance & Tax Staff

About the role

Finance & Tax Staff position responsible for managing financial administration, recording transactions, preparing financial reports, and handling company tax obligations in accordance with applicable regulations. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure financial and tax processes run accurately, orderly, and on time.

• Key responsibilities
• Manage daily financial transactions, including cash, bank, payables, and receivables
• Create and verify invoices, payment proofs, and other financial documents
• Record transactions, perform bank reconciliation, and assist in preparing financial reports
• Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, customer invoices, and project costs
• Calculate, pay, and report company tax obligations in accordance with applicable regulations
• Manage tax administration, including income tax, VAT, e-Faktur, and withholding certificates as needed
• Ensure completeness of financial and tax documents for audit purposes
• Coordinate with relevant departments, tax consultants, and external parties as needed
• About you
• Minimum D3/S1 education in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance and taxation
• Understanding of basic accounting, income tax, VAT, and Indonesian tax administration
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and tax applications such as Coretax, e-Faktur, and e-Bupot
• Possess attention to detail, analytical ability, and good time management
• Honest, responsible, able to work independently and in teams, and maintain company data confidentiality
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, or EPC companies is a plus
