About the role

, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity and reporting within our organization. This full-time position is based in
- West Sumbawa West Nusa Tenggara
- What you'll be doing
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end and year-end closings
- Reconciling accounts and identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
- Assisting in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting and controls
- Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations
- What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably within the
- Accounting
- industry
Proficiency in preparing and interpreting financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in the use of financial reporting software and tools. Accounting software Xero. POS, Hotel booking systems
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
