About the role

PT PETRO RIAU ENERGI is seeking a dedicated Financial Administration professional to join our Finance and Accounting team in South Tangerang, Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and maintaining the integrity of our financial records. As a Financial Administrator, you will be instrumental in supporting the overall financial health of the organisation by managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role is essential to our operations and directly contributes to the company's strategic financial management objectives.

• Key responsibilities
• Manage daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and financial documentation.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including bank reconciliations and document filing.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, monitoring budgets, and maintaining cash flow records.

Prepare and support corporate tax administration and reporting (VAT, Withholding Tax, and other applicable taxes) in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal departments to ensure compliance and support financial operations.
• What we're looking for
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Administration, or Taxation.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial administration, and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and tax reporting systems (Coretax experience is an advantage).
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
