As Financial Controller you will lead and be responsible for Securitas Indonesia Finance Department to ensure correct and timely reporting both locally and to Securitas Group. You will also be responsible for developing the core financial processes and actively support management in their decision making. You will be working close to the management team locally and the Securitas Regional team for Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific. • Key Responsibilities
• Ensure monthly closing of local accounts in full accordance with local PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan) /IFRS
• Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to Securitas Group
• Prepare the annual business plan
• Implement and monitor the compliance of Securitas Group’s Values and Ethics
• Develop and ensure quality of financial closing processes, routines, policies and guidelines
• Provide the management team with relevant analysis to support profitable growth
• Full scale support to minimize DSO and maintain cash flow efficiency
• Establish and maintain network across the company as well as with customers´ finance representatives
• Provide relevant finance training for local management of the company in accordance with Securitas’ financial principles
• Ensure correct and timely tax reporting
• Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 5 years’ experience on the field of finance
• Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions: Due diligence, risk assessment, and integration oversight.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong PC literacy skills
• Good to have: Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA).
