We are looking for an experienced Finance Director to join a manufacturing company in Indonesia. This is a senior leadership position for a finance professional with strong expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- ▪️ Oversee overall financial management, cash flow, and accounts receivable.
- ▪️ Manage accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and tax planning in Indonesia.
- ▪️ Lead budgeting, financial analysis, and operational performance evaluation.
- ▪️ Support the development of financial and accounting systems for manufacturing operations.
- ▪️ Ensure regulatory compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.
- ▪️ Lead the local finance team and coordinate with international headquarters.
Requirements
- ✅ Indonesian citizen (WNI).
- ✅ Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- ✅ Minimum 5 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in a Finance Manager or equivalent financial management role.
- ✅ Proficiency in Mandarin and English, or Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
- ✅ Strong knowledge of financial management, cash flow, budgeting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
- ✅ Familiarity with IFRS and Indonesian tax regulations.
- ✅ Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- ✅ Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- ✅ Experience in manufacturing, particularly medical devices or consumer electronics, is an advantage.
