Core Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations, personnel management, and performance evaluation of the finance department.
Establish, optimize, and supervise the execution of efficient financial processes and internal control systems to ensure compliance and asset security.
Lead the preparation, review, and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement), ensuring compliance with Indonesian Accounting Standards (SAK) and company requirements.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial records and reports.
Ensure company financial activities comply with all relevant Indonesian tax laws and regulations (including but not limited to Corporate Income Tax, VAT/PPN, Withholding Tax/PPh, etc.) and corporate law provisions.
Lead the annual budget preparation, monitoring, analysis, and adjustment process.
Perform in-depth financial and operational performance analysis (including sales, costs, gross profit, inventory turnover, cash flow, etc.), identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making.
Fluently use Mandarin for both written and verbal communication to collaborate effectively with internal management (potentially including headquarters/China teams) and other departments (such as Sales, Procurement, Operations, Logistics), providing financial support and advice.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Possession of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification or equivalent professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B/C in Indonesia) is highly preferred.
Listening and speaking proficiency is mandatory.
