PREMIUM GYM MANAGER
- We are looking for a highly capable
- Premium Gym Manager
- with strong leadership, operational excellence, and a premium hospitality mindset to lead and grow our fitness business.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and oversee all daily gym operations.
- Ensure every member receives a
- premium, professional, and personalized experience
- Manage and evaluate Personal Trainers, Receptionists, Sales/Marketing, and Operations staff.
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational SOPs.
- Achieve targets for
- membership, revenue, retention, and member satisfaction
- Develop strategies to acquire new members and improve member retention.
- Manage PT schedules, classes, facilities, and overall gym activities.
- Ensure gym equipment, locker rooms, toilets, and all facilities are always clean, safe, and well maintained.
- Handle member complaints and VIP requests professionally.
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members.
- Monitor team performance and individual KPIs.
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
- Develop events, partnerships, programs, and initiatives to improve the member experience.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, service, and professionalism.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum
- 3–5 years of experience
- in fitness, gym, wellness, hospitality, hotel, or premium service industries.
- Minimum
- 2 years of managerial experience
- as a Gym Manager, Club Manager, Operations Manager, or similar position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of
- sales, membership, customer service, operations, and KPIs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong common sense.
- Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work fast.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong target and performance orientation.
- Able to professionally handle premium/VIP customers and complaints.
- Professional appearance with a strong hospitality and service mindset.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and reporting systems.
- Fitness/wellness industry network is a strong advantage.
- Fitness or Personal Trainer certification is an advantage but
- not mandatory
