RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop & optimize manufacturing process (forging, forming, machining, heat treatment, welding, coating, etc)
- Design & improve tooling, jigs, and fixtures to enhance production efficiency
- Prepare flow process, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Analyse production data to identify area for process improvement, cost reduction, quality enhancement
- Support trouble-shooting of production issues and provide technical solutions
- Collaborate in R&D, Quality, and Productions Team for new product introductions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASME, ASTM, API, EN, etc) and customer specifications
- Conduct risk assessment, FMEA, and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Research and implement new technologies or methods to improve productivity
PERSYARATAN
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in process engineer (flange, fitting, forging, machining industry)
- Fresh Graduates with strong skills are welcome
- Knowledge of flange & fitting manufacturing standards (ASME B16.5, B16.9, B16.47, MSS-SP, etc)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing process: forging, machining (CNC/Manual), welding, NDT, and coating
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc)
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa
