Flavour Evaluator

“As part of our Research and Development Flavour Team, you will play a key role in flavor evaluation and product development to support customer requirements and business growth. Collaborate and working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the successful execution of development projects and the delivery of innovative flavor solutions. Integrate MANE Innovative products & technologies into your developments,interacts and troubleshoots with customer on technical concerns, in which to leverage relationships to grow business.”

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Research and Development of Food Industry.

Having some experiences in flavor application or product development within the food industry, especially in Beverages segment is an advantage.

Good knowledge of Food Technology with strong scientific,technical foundation and creative thinking, as well as food industry awareness, know key manufacturing players and market products knowledge.

• Innovative and curiousity, constantly seeking new ideas and able to think outside of the box.
• Sensory skills with ability to evaluate and describe a flavour profile using appropriate language will be highly considered

Strong communication and teamwork skills with a well-organized, positive personality, results-oriented, self-starter, proactive for continuous improvement and good problem-solving skills.

• Dynamic, detail-oriented, open-minded, time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
