Job Summary
As a Floor Captain, you will oversee the dining area to ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient service. You will lead the front-of-house team, maintaining the highest standards of service and operational excellence.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
- Ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest experiences
- Maintain Saltlick's service standards and dining room presentation
- Assist in training and mentoring team members
- Handle guest feedback and service-related issues professionally
- Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Positive attitude and team player
