As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel's food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. • What you'll be doing
• Managing and directing all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and catering
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability
• Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of the food and beverage team
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Monitoring and analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Collaborating with the wider hotel management team to align food and beverage services with the overall business objectives
• Maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuously seeking ways to enhance the dining experience
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar senior hospitality role
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
• Exceptional customer service skills and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and performance reporting
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
