- Greet and assist guests in taking food and beverages order accurately
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner and ensure are served according to standard procedures
- Monitor stock levels of supplies like condiments, napkins, and utensils
- Manage transactions through the POS system
- Assist in the preparation and baking of pastries, cakes, bread, desserts, and other baked goods
- Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen, equipment, and storage areas
- Properly store ingredients and finished products to maintain freshness and quality
- Assist in inventory control and report shortages or spoilage
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
