WE'RE HIRING: FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVER
SIKI Nusa Dua is looking for a friendly and service-oriented Food & Beverage Server to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about hospitality, enjoy interacting with guests, and thrive in a dynamic work environment, we’d love to meet you!
Qualifications
- ✅ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry
- ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✅ Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- ✅ Fluent in English (preferred) – able to serve international guests with confidence
- ✅ Neat appearance and strong sense of teamwork
- ✅ Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- ✅ Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- 🍴 Greet and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner
- 🍴 Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- 🍴 Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area at all times
- 🍴 Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
- 🍴 Provide menu recommendations and upsell items when appropriate
- 🍴 Follow service procedures and maintain high-quality guest experiences
