Responsibilities
- Develop and ensure preventive maintenance schedules.
- Perform predictive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and downtime.
- Provide guidance on maintenance methods and spare part usage to optimize machine performance and extend part lifetime.
- Analyze machine failures and propose improvements or new methods to increase machine reliability.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians in daily maintenance activities.
- Prepare maintenance, breakdown, and machine improvement reports.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance within manufacturing/FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement.
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience handling filling machines, knowledge of GMP, food safety, and occupational safety standards is preferred.
