Foreman

Job Description

• Directly lead, supervise, and assign daily tasks to operators and personnel.
• Mentor, train, and onboard new production employees on equipment, processes, and safety protocols.
• Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and resolve interpersonal conflicts.
• Execute daily production schedules to meet volume, quality, and delivery targets.
• Monitor active production lines to identify bottlenecks, material shortages, or machinery issues.
• Ensure accurate reporting of daily output, waste metrics, and shift logs.
• Enforce company safety guidelines, correct unsafe behaviors, and ensure proper PPE usage at all times.
• Enforce Quality Control (QC) standards and conduct regular inline quality checks.
• Regularly report job progress, production milestones, potential schedule risks, and resource needs to the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Experienced 3+ years in manufacturing/assembly, with 1–2 years leading a small team/shift.
• Good understanding of machinery, production/project workflows, and safety regulations.
• Have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office.
• Able to speak English (is a must).
