FORMWORK FOREMAN

Job description for FORMWORK FOREMAN at YIZHEN INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.

Supervise and coordinate formwork activities at construction sites to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and according to project requirements.

Responsibilities include

• Supervise formwork workers and daily site activities.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials and work schedules.
• Read and understand construction drawings and formwork plans.
• Ensure formwork installation and dismantling are carried out correctly and safely.
• Monitor work progress, workmanship and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and site procedures.
• Conduct daily site checks and report any issues or delays.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safe working conditions on site.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in formwork or construction supervision.
• Able to read construction drawings and understand formwork requirements.
• Good knowledge of construction site safety procedures.
• Able to supervise and manage workers effectively.
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
• Willing to work at different construction sites and perform overtime when required.
