- PT Green Energi Utama (GEU) is looking for an experienced
- FPA & Fund Manager
- to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and fundraising to support the company’s growth.
Key qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Fund Management, Corporate Finance, Treasury, or Investment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Industrial Engineering. Master’s/MBA in Finance is preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, financial analysis, and business feasibility assessment skills.
- Preferably has experience working in banking, securities firms, venture capital, or other funding institutions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and fundraising capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business financial analysis
Identify, approach and secure funding from banks, financial institutions, investors, crowdfunding, VC, PE, family offices and other strategic funding sources.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, liquidity and funding needs.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, feasibility study, financial modeling, valuation and return analysis.
Analyze financial performance (liquidity solvency, profitability and market ratios) and prepare management reports for strategic decision-making
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, creditors, banks and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide financial insights to support business expansion, funding strategies and long-term growth.
- Ensuce financial discipline, risk assessment and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
