About the Role
We’re looking for passionate and energetic individuals who enjoy working with children and engaging with parents. As a Trial Class Manager, you will deliver interactive trial sessions, showcase the value of our programs, and guide families through their learning journey. This role combines teaching, communication, and relationship-building to help parents make informed enrollment decisions.
- What You’ll Do
- Conduct engaging trial classes for children aged 5–17, together with their parents
- Drive course enrollments by leading engaging trial classes and guiding parents through the learning journey.
- Facilitate interactive coding, digital literacy, or creative activities prepared by our academic team
- Understand each family’s learning goals and recommend suitable programs based on their needs
- Clearly communicate the benefits, outcomes, and structure of our courses
- Address questions and concerns while building trust and confidence with parents
- Support families throughout the enrollment process and follow up after trial sessions when needed
- Maintain accurate records of trial classes, parent feedback, and conversion performance
- What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when interacting with children and parents
- Fluency in English for conducting classes and engaging with families
- Ability to balance educational guidance with consultative conversations
- Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience in education, customer engagement, customer service, or sales is an advantage
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and familiarity with the Malaysian market is preferred
- A positive, energetic, and target-driven mindset
- Working Arrangement
- Freelance, remote-based position
- Earn 51,000 IDR for every trial class conducted, plus attractive performance-based incentives for successful student enrollments.
● Operating hours
- Weekdays: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Malaysia Time)
- Weekends: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Malaysia Time)
Flexible Time
- Team members may choose their preferred schedules within the designated operating hours, subject to trial class demand and availability

- Minimum commitment of 18 trial class sessions per week, excluding follow-ups and administrative responsibilities
