About the Project
We are fitting out a ~123m² student care centre for children aged 6–12. The space includes 2 enclosed classrooms, an open study area, reception counter, toilets, and a pantry.
- Scope of Work
- Mood boards — 2–3 design direction options with colour palette, material finishes, furniture references, and overall theme
- Technical drawings — toilet layout with sanitary points, basic reflected ceiling plan showing lighting positions, etc.
- 3D perspective renders — minimum 5 views (reception/entrance, open study area, one classroom, toilet)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in commercial or educational interior design
- Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Proficient in SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Lumion for 3D renders
- Portfolio showing similar fit-out or commercial projects required
- Able to communicate in English
- Comfortable working remotely with online coordination via WhatsApp
