- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business, plus 2–3 years in front office operations and hospitality e-commerce
- Hands-on experience with OTAs, Channel Managers, PMS, rate parity, and basic digital marketing/analytics (SEO/SEM, Google Analytics)
- Proven track record supervising front-of-house teams, handling guest relations, resolving complaints, and managing VIP workflows
- Strong analytical ability, excellent interpersonal and English communication skills, and the agility to balance strategic desk work with active operational supervision
