About this Position
We are looking for a Frozen Inbound Senior Supervisor to oversee daily frozen inbound operations, ensuring receiving accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with cold chain requirements. This role is responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, optimizing manpower productivity, and ensuring all inbound activities meet established service levels, quality standards, and operational procedures.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with strong exposure to inbound processes and at least 2 years of experience at Supervisor level.
Strong understanding of end-to-end inbound processes, particularly receiving, quantity verification, discrepancy handling, and inbound planning.
Hands-on experience in frozen warehouse operations, with a solid understanding of cold chain requirements, food safety, and proper frozen product handling.

Proven ability to lead frontline operational teams, manage shift activities, allocate manpower, and maintain productivity without compromising receiving accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas and data processing. Familiarity with Google Slides is an advantage.
Able to perform manpower planning and basic forecasting based on inbound volume and operational requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across operational and supporting teams.
