About the role
PT Ong Brothers Education is seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join our dynamic team in Batam Kota, Kepulauan Riau. As an English Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our students, fostering their language skills and helping them reach their full potential.
- What you'll be doing
- A minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience
- In Batam (Tiban and Batam Centre)
- Classes on Monday - Friday from 13.00 - 21.00 and Saturday from 09.00 - 14.30
- Possibilities to have other times if agreed to in the future
- Capable of teaching young kids to adults
- Organize classroom lectures and coursework
- Prepare materials and activities
- Assign homework and interesting exercises
- Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans
- Determine exam and assignment grades
- Provide feedback based on workload and classroom behavior
- What we're looking for
- A minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents and colleagues
- Proven ability to create dynamic, student-centered lesson plans and utilize a variety of teaching methods
- Passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential
- Familiarity with current trends and best practices in English language teaching
