Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT Systems, IT Support, or Enterprise Applications.
• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts; relevant professional certifications are considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both end users and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Willing and able to work on-site in Denpasar, Bali.
