Deskripsi pekerjaan Fullstack Developer (Golang & Typescript) Devcode
We are engaging Senior Fullstack Engineers on a three-month contract to accelerate delivery of an enterprise-grade Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) platform — spanning point-of-sale (POS) and backoffice operations, including ERP-level capabilities.
- This is a senior-only engagement. We are looking for engineers who can:
- Work full-stack across Go backend microservices and a cross-platform POS client.
- Become productive in a live, complex codebase with minimal onboarding.
- Operate independently across demanding domains such as order, payment, integration, and inventory.
Ideal candidates bring hands-on context in high-throughput transactional systems, third-party and payment integration, performance optimisation, and offline-first POS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, build, and extend features end-to-end across backend services and frontend clients.
- Implement transactional flows (ordering, payment, fulfilment) with reliability patterns — async processing, retries, and idempotency.
- Build offline-first capability for POS: local-first data, store-and-forward sync, and conflict handling.
- Integrate third-party and payment services.
- Improve system performance: query optimisation, caching, and endpoint hardening.
- Contribute to master data, inventory, and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate through code review and sprint-based delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-have
Go backend microservices - Production experience; able to read and extend existing services quickly (hexagonal / clean architecture, gRPC and REST).
- Query & database optimisation - PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Indexing, query / explain-plan analysis, N+1 elimination, batching.
- Redis caching - TTL strategy, dedup, cache patterns on hot / high-traffic endpoints.
- Fullstack delivery - Proficient in a TypeScript / React (React Native or React web) frontend.
- Third-party integration - Payment and/or delivery-aggregator services. Async, polling, retry and idempotency patterns.
- Senior autonomy - Self-directed in complex domains with minimal onboarding. Disciplined Git workflow and code review.
- Nice-to-have
- AI-assisted development - Hands-on with Claude Code or similar agentic coding tools in a real workflow.
- F&B / QSR / POS domain experience.
- Delivery-aggregator integration experience.
- Offline-first / edge patterns: outbox, store-and-forward, conflict resolution, SQLite / embedded stores.
- Event-driven systems with RabbitMQ or similar message brokers.
- MongoDB, OpenTelemetry observability, Kubernetes, React Native + Expo.
AI-assisted development is a core part of how this team works. Candidates need not be experts, but must be comfortable and productive pairing with an AI coding agent day-to-day — prompting effectively and reviewing AI-generated changes critically.
