We are looking for an IT professional with hands-on experience in OTOMAX systems to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot our IT infrastructure and PPOB transaction systems, ensuring stable operations, data security, and reliable transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and maintain OTOMAX systems and PPOB operations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot failed, pending, or duplicated transactions.
- Maintain servers, databases, operating systems, and network infrastructure.
- Perform SQL queries, database maintenance, and backup management.
- Troubleshoot API integrations and connectivity with PPOB providers, payment gateways, and external systems.
- Monitor system performance, security, and transaction accuracy.
- Provide technical support and coordinate with OTOMAX vendors and external IT providers.
- Maintain technical documentation, incident reports, and system configurations.
- Ensure data security, system availability, and disaster recovery readiness.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or application support.
- Hands-on experience with OTOMAX is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of PPOB systems and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, SQL databases, and network administration.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and system integration troubleshooting.
- Understanding of data backup, cybersecurity, and access management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving sillks.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- Experience in fintech, banking, payment systems, or EDC systems is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing high-volume transaction systems.
- Knowledge of virtualization, cloud servers, and server monitoring.
- Basic scripting or programming skills.
- Experience with payment gateways, banking integrations, or EDC management systems.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- OTOMAX system availability and stability.
- Timely resolution of technical issues.
- Reduced transaction failures and recurring system errors.
- Reliable backup and recovery procedures.
- Effective system security and technical documentation.
