FullStack Software Developer

Job Description

• Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Partner with designers, engineers, and product owners to develop and ship products with a focus on security and performance.
• Build reusable libraries and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure system stability, implement data protection, and fix bottlenecks or bugs.
• Plan and document technical specifications for features and system designs.
• Stay updated with the latest web technologies and programming languages.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in PHP, NodeJS, or Python, and experience with front-end frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Flutter.
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is required for technical documentation and team collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
• Expert in Git (Version Control) and familiar with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud services like AWS or Azure is a significant plus.
