About the role
This role is an opportunity to develop your teaching, coordination, leadership, and teamwork skills in a growing learning environment. You will teach English in a fun and engaging way, coordinate and support part-time teachers, and work closely with the team on various operational and event activities.
- Key responsibilities
- Teach English in a fun and engaging way
- Follow and complete teaching & operational SOPs
- Coordinate and support part-time teachers
- Arrange teaching schedules
- Support teacher evaluation and development
- Work closely with the team
- Support MEC events and activities
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1)
- Good English communication skills
- Responsible, reliable, and organized
- Able to manage tasks independently
- Able to follow SOPs and complete tasks on time
- Good communication, leadership & coordination skills
- Adaptable and comfortable taking on responsibilities beyond teaching
- Mature, professional, and team-oriented
- Neat, well-groomed, and presentable
