Rather than just completing routine tasks, you will be a proactive problem-solver and the face of operational support—listening to team needs, keeping our workspaces safe and functional, and bridging communication between departments with warmth and efficiency.
Serve as our trusted hands-on support, traveling between the Head Office and various branch locations to deliver critical materials, inspect facilities, and handle urgent operational logistics.
Maintain neat, accurate operational records and reports—leveraging Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF tools to track vendor contracts, asset maintenance, and operational expenses.
