Operational Leadership

Oversee daily business operations, workflows, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.

Strategic Planning

Formulate and implement strategies to achieve growth, increase profitability, and enhance market share.

Financial Management

Develop budgets, manage expenses, and analyze financial reports to ensure financial targets are met.

Staff Management & Development

Oversee hiring, training, performance evaluation, and team productivity.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health/safety regulations.

Stakeholder Liaison

Represent the organization in negotiations with stakeholders, vendors, and clients

Growth & Innovation

Identify opportunities to improve the wellness and sports ecosystem through new programs, events, or technologies.

Kualifikasi

Requirements

• Based in Surabaya
• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management is Preferred
• Experience in Business Management or related fields for min. 3-5 years
• Experience in handling multiple departments
• Technical Competencies: Business performance management, business growth, operational management, and continuous improvement
• Excellent knowledge of the Sport & Wellness Industry
• Strong analytical skill with proven track record of managing Profit & Loss
• A people person capable of building positive relationships and managing team performance
