About the role

As General Manager

, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's overall performance, ensuring effective coordination across functions, and translating business strategies into measurable results. You will lead and coordinate key areas including Operations, Sales & Business Development, Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources, while ensuring that the organization operates efficiently, professionally, and in line with the company's objectives. This position is suitable for a senior leader who combines strategic thinking, commercial awareness, operational discipline, and strong people leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall day-to-day business and operational activities of the company.
• Develop and execute business strategies, annual plans, and performance targets together with the Board of Directors.
• Monitor overall business performance, including revenue, profitability, operational efficiency, cost, and productivity.
• Coordinate and align the performance of Sales, Operations, Production, Procurement, Finance, HR.
• Drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Ensure production and operational activities meet quality, cost, efficiency, and delivery targets.
• Monitor budgets, operating expenses, working capital, inventory, and overall financial performance.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and productivity enhancement.
• Develop and strengthen the management team and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs across key functions and ensure appropriate follow-up on performance gaps.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior management position.
• Experience in manufacturing, precast concrete, construction materials, building materials, or a related industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of business operations, sales, production, supply chain, finance, and people management.
• Proven experience in managing business performance, budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with business data and performance reports.
