General Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong Sales & Marketing background with solid understanding of revenue management
• Demonstrated excellence in leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of potential market segments and the ability to develop and execute effective market capture strategies
• Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail and service innovation
• Ability to manage guest relations, handle feedback and deliver service professionally
• Adaptable, resilient, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced pre-opening environment
