About the role
PT Nova Modular Indonesia is seeking a General Manager to lead overall Sales, Marketing, Operations, Project, PPIC, Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, and HR activities. You will execute the company's strategy and business targets together with the Director, manage Head Office and coordinate multiple branches/operational locations, and drive sales and operational performance across the organization.

- Execute the company's strategy and business targets together with the Director
- Manage Head Office and coordinate multiple branches/operational locations
- Establish and monitor SOP, KPI, reporting, and performance standards
- Lead, evaluate, and develop the management and operational teams
- Monitor sales pipeline, quotation, negotiation, closing, and customer relationships
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Monitor cost control, cash flow, receivables, gross margin, and profitability together with Finance
- Improve coordination between Sales, PPIC, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Project teams
- Develop new business opportunities, particularly in construction, mining, accommodation, commercial, and industrial projects
- About you
- Minimum 5 years of experience in General Management, Operations Management, Business Management, or similar senior positions
- Proven experience leading teams and multiple departments
- Strong understanding of sales, operations, project management, and business development
- Experience in construction, prefab/modular building, mining, manufacturing, property, or related industries is highly preferred
- Good understanding of P&L, budgeting, cash flow, cost control, and profitability
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Able to establish systems, SOPs, and KPI
- Target-oriented, disciplined, decisive, and accountable
- Willing to relocate to Makassar and travel to branches/projects when required
