Job Description

• Manage and coordinate the Q&A process between application users and assigned specialist doctors, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Ensure all assigned deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with project quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare practitioners involved in the project.
• Conduct research and gather relevant medical information to support project needs.

Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's internal medical knowledge and resources by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Maintain effective communication and close collaboration with the direct supervisor and internal team members.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned to meet evolving business and project needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine (Medical Doctor) from a reputable university.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Holds an active Indonesian Medical Registration Certificate (STR).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in digital health platforms, telemedicine, or online medical consultations is an advantage.
